Cesar Jaramillo

Cesar Jaramillo is a program officer and incoming executive director at the Canadian nongovernmental organization Project Ploughshares. He attended both the 2010 and 2015 NPT Review Conferences and all three NPT Preparatory Committee meetings in between. He also attended the series of recent meetings on the humanitarian impact of nuclear weapons held in Oslo, Nayarit, and Vienna.
