Chen Zak Kane is the director of the Middle East Nonproliferation Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies and a Project Lead of the ME WMDFZ Project at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research. She has a PhD from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
