Lynne Holt

Lynne Holt is a policy analyst at the Public Utility Research Center
of the University of Florida and is also affiliated with the Bureau of
Economic and Business Research and the Askew Institute on Politics and
Society at the University of Florida. Her career spans 29 years
researching and writing about public policy issues, with a focus on
energy and telecommunications.
