R. Scott Kemp

Kemp is assistant professor of nuclear science and engineering at MIT and an affiliate of Princeton’s Program on Science and Global Security and of Harvard’s Project on Managing the Atom. Kemp was previously science adviser in the Office of the Special Advisor for Nonproliferation and Arms Control at the State Department. He also serves on the American Physical Society’s Panel on Public Affairs. His research focuses on uranium enrichment and its implications for nuclear proliferation.
