November 2016 Joint Board Meeting

I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, November 15 for our full day Board meeting. 

Location:  ReedSmith, 10 S Wacker Dr, 40th Floor, Suite E, F, G

Time: 9:00 am to 4:45 pm CDT with a light breakfast available starting at 8:30 am.

Please plan to bring your own materials either printed or electronically.  No materials will be available at the meeting.  An agenda for our meeting can be found on page 2. You will see that we have a full day planned, with a lot of ground to cover.

Our guest Mat Burrows is the author of an important new study entitled Global Risks 2035: The Search for a New Normal.  Mat’s bio and the report can be found with the meeting materials.

For those of you traveling to Chicago, reservations have been made at the Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront, located at 71 East Wacker Dr, Chicago, IL (312.346.7100),  If you have questions about your reservations, please contact Lisa McCabe.

Getting from the Wyndham to ReedSmith involves a quick taxi ride or a one-mile, 20-minute walk west and then south on Wacker.  If you take a taxi please email your reimbursable receipt to Lisa McCabe. You will be asked to provide identification to gain access to the 40th floor of 10 South Wacker, where ReedSmith is located.

For those of you attending via video conferencing:  It is important that you take a moment within the next week to test your connection to the ReedSmith Bluejeans video link so that we are certain we will not have any issues on Tuesday.  Here is the link you to test.  On Tuesday when you connect for the meeting, you will use this link  Should there be any issues, ReedSmith technical support information is available below.
