Halley Posner is program coordinator for the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. She recently was a fellow with NSquare Collaborative on the Arts & Sciences team. Posner is a recent graduate of Bates College, with a major in history and a minor in religious studies. While at Bates, she was the editor-in-chief of the student-run newspaper, The Bates Student. Academically, she focused on nonproliferation, deterrence, and asymmetric warfare, specifically in the Asian theater. While in college, Posner interned for the Center for International Policy as a research intern where she conducted projects focusing on North Korea and nuclear weapons. Following graduation, she spent the summer in Stuttgart, Germany with the International School of Stuttgart as a language instructor teaching English language skills to international children.
