Alex Kolbin

Alex Kolbin is an independent consultant and analyst. He previously worked at the Russian Center for Policy Research (PIR Center) in Moscow, where he coordinated the “Russia and Nuclear Nonproliferation” program and worked directly on US-Russia arms control dialogue. Kolbin holds an MA in international security from King’s College London and has also conducted research at SIPRI in Stockholm.
