Alice C. Hill

Alice Hill is senior fellow for climate change policy at the Council on Foreign Relations. She was previously special assistant to President Barack Obama and senior director for resilience policy on the National Security Council staff where she led the development of national policy to build greater climate resilience. Earlier in her career, she served as a supervising judge in California and as a federal prosecutor. Her co-authored book, Building a Resilient Tomorrow, was published in early 2020.
