Ayesha Dinshaw is the Program Officer, Loss and Damage at the Climate Justice Resilience Fund (CJRF). She has over 13 years of experience working on climate change, focusing on adaptation and resilience in developing countries. Her work has focused on locally led adaptation, urban climate resilience, monitoring and evaluation, and mainstreaming adaptation into development programs and plans.
