Daniel J. Metzger is an environmental lawyer and visiting research scholar at Columbia Law School’s Sabin Center for Climate Change Law. His research explores how climate change is litigated in courts around the world and the steps that governments are (and are not) taking to mitigate and adapt to climate change.
