Erwin Chemerinsky

Erwin Chemerinsky is Dean and Jesse H. Choper Distinguished Professor of Law at University of California, Berkeley School of Law.  He is the author of 22 books, including leading casebooks and treatises on constitutional law, criminal procedure, and federal jurisdiction.  He is a member of the Committee of Science, Technology, and Law of the National Academy of Sciences.
