Gabriela Rosa-Hernández

Gabriela I. Rosa-Hernández is an associate research analyst at CNA, a nonprofit research and analysis organization based in Washington. Previously, Rosa-Hernández was a research associate at the Arms Control Association. Her own research interests center on the Russian military, threat perceptions in the Euro-Atlantic region, and conventional arms control. She holds an International Master’s Degree in Central and East European, Russian and Eurasian Studies from the University of Glasgow. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Puerto Rico.
