Rayan Sud

Rayan Sud is a Research Assistant for the Center on Regulation and Markets at the Brookings Institution, currently researching permitting for decarbonization. His other research focused on Community Choice Aggregators in California. His previous projects have included India-based air quality policy research, empirical research on community-based healthcare, and legislative research. He graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Physics and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering, in the Energy and Environment Track.
