
Sergey Shkolnikov is a freshman at the University of Oxford studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He has written on nuclear security, sanctions, and international law for the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation and the Center for Civil Liberties. He previously served as a US Youth Ambassador to Germany, where he promoted cross-cultural dialogue and campaigned for the funding of State Department education programs. His interests include economics and sanctions policy, counterterrorism, and international human rights.
