Sibylle Bauer

Sibylle Bauer is Director of Studies, Armament and Disarmament, at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, with responsibility for SIPRI’s work on arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation for nuclear, biological, chemical and conventional weapons; dual-use, emerging technologies and outer space; and arms production, arms transfer and military expenditure. She also chairs the EU Nonproliferation and Disarmament Consortium.
