Welcoming Avery Restrepo

The Bulletin is delighted to welcome Avery Restrepo as our new social media coordinator.

“We are so excited to have Avery join our team,” said John Pope, the Bulletin’s chief audience officer. “Their familiarity with the subject matter and social media best practices means they’ll be able to make an immediate impact.”

Avery previously worked for a project under MIT’s Security Studies Program on analyzing and improving the nuclear disarmament community’s digital outreach. In the past, they have held various internships and positions in government, research, and political communications.

Avery currently lives in New York City. They graduated from Wellesley College, where they earned a B.A. in International Relations-Political Science and Spanish.
