Anya Loukianova

Loukianova is a research associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, where she currently focuses on nuclear and missile issues in Russia and the independent states of the former Soviet Union. A native of Russia, she was previously an intern at the Institute for Defense & Disarmament Studies and the Brookings Institution.
