Daniel N. Nelson is editor of International Politics, professor of international studies at Old Dominion University, and senior consultant at Global Concepts, Inc. In 1998, he was William Foster Fellow at the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. Previously, he served as senior foreign policy adviser for then-House Majority Leader Richard Gephardt and as a senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment.
