Chandre Gould

Gould is a senior research fellow in the Governance, Crime, and Justice Division of the Institute for Security Studies in Pretoria. In 2004 and 2005 she was global network coordinator for the BioWeapons Prevention Project. She is the coauthor of a monograph on Project Coast, the apartheid government’s chemical and biological weapons program, published by the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research. She received a doctorate in history from South Africa’s Rhodes University in 2006.
