Li Bin: CH

Li，卡内基国际和平研究院（Carnegie Endowment for International Peace）高级研究员，北京清华大学教授，1996 年到 2000年担任北京应用物理与计算数学研究所（Beijing Institute of Applied Physics and Computational Mathematics）军控部主任。他主要研究中国的核与军控政策以及中美核关系，著有《军控理论与分析》（Arms Control Theories and Analysis），并联合编辑了《国际战略与国家安全——科学技术的视角》（Strategy and Security: A Technical View）。
