Fred Phillips

Fred Phillips is a professor at the University of New Mexico, a visiting professor at SUNY Stony Brook and Tongji University, and a 2017 Kondratieff Laureate (Russian Academy of Sciences). He is Editor-in-Chief of the international journal Technological Forecasting & Social Change. Springer will publish his latest book, What About the Future? in 2019.
