Anand Kshirsagar

Anand Kshirsagar is a Harris Merit Scholar and holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, with a specialization in finance policy. He also holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, and a Master of Science in Microbiology from Fergusson College in Pune, India. He is the founder of The Bahujan, an online media platform that examines public policy issues through the lens of historically marginalized caste communities in India. His writing has appeared in The Wire, Outlook India, The Indian Express, and Indie Journal.
