Andrew Micheli

Andrew Micheli is the Bulletin’s grant development consultant.

Andrew is a nonprofit consultant with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, programming, and development. Andrew provides strategic support, and extensive development and grant writing services to his clients.

Previously, Andrew was the executive director of the Arts & Business Council of Chicago (A&BC), the premiere management and board consulting firm for Chicago’s small- and mid-sized arts organizations. In that role he oversaw an organizational evolution in program design, delivery and measured impact, setting national standards for pro-bono consulting for the arts.

Andrew has also been an active member of the arts community as an actor and writer, appearing in over 40 productions and original solo works throughout Chicago and New York. His original work for the stage, “Train of Thought,” a mystery, was produced at American Theatre Company.

Andrew has a BS in Marketing from Indiana University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia College. He has taught creative writing and arts administration at Columbia College.
