S. -W. Kim

Seoc-Woo Kim is director of the Institute for Peace and Cooperation, a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan policy advisory body in Seoul, South Korea. Kim has led many research projects on dismantlement of the North Korean nuclear program, nuclear nonproliferation, and nuclear security. His recent research interests include cyber security for nuclear power plants.
