Stephanie Carper

Stephanie Carper is the Chief Advancement Officer at the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists and works with individuals and institutions interested in advancing the Bulletin’s mission. She oversees all aspects of fundraising, which includes individual, foundation, corporate, and event giving. Prior to joining the Bulletin, Stephanie served as the director of development for Openlands where she strengthened its individual giving program. She began her career in higher education fundraising and has worked for Loyola University Chicago, Northwestern University, and DePaul University among others. Stephanie holds a bachelor of arts in journalism and mass communication from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master of business administration from Loyola University Chicago.
