European Security Outlook

The European Security Outlook is a monthly column of European perspectives on pressing global security issues, including nuclear war and other existential threats. It is part of a continuing collaboration between the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists and the European Leadership Network (ELN), a nonprofit network of European defense and security leaders working to reduce nuclear risks and promote multilateral non-proliferation and disarmament efforts.
