Hailey Wingo

Hailey Wingo is a Researcher in VERTIC's Verification and Monitoring Programme. Her current research includes non-proliferation of biological and nuclear weapons, and the use of open sources for monitoring. She has also focused on biosafety in high-containment laboratories, and is trained in chemical and biomolecular engineering.
