Louison Mazeaud is an associate researcher in the weapons of mass destruction program at United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) where she focuses on the national implementation of the Biological and Weapons Convention. Her areas of expertise include regulatory regimes governing dual-use technologies, multilateral institutional processes, and implementation measures. Prior to joining the institute, she worked for various international entities including, from 2020 to 2023, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy. She holds a bachelor’s degree from King’s College London (war studies department) and a master’s degree from the Graduate Institute Geneva.
