Rachel S. Salzman is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Russian, Eurasian, and East European Studies at Georgetown University and a visiting scholar in the Department of European and Eurasian Studies at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
