Alexander Lubkin

Alexander Lubkin is a master’s degree student at Stanford University studying management science and engineering. He graduated from Stanford in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering, with honors in international security studies. He was awarded the William J. Perry Prize for excellence in policy-relevant research.
