Alexander Rossnagel holds the chair for public law with a focus on technology and environmental law at the University of Kassel and is managing director of the Competence Centre for Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation at the University of Kassel. He has published numerous articles and books in the field of environmental law and frequently serves as consultant to governmental and other institutions.
