Allison Macfarlane

Allison M. Macfarlane is professor and director of the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of British Columbia. She chaired the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission from 2012-2014. Macfarlane holds a doctorate in geology from MIT and a bachelor in science from the University of Rochester. Macfarlane served on the White House Blue Ribbon Commission on America’s Nuclear Future.
