Julien de Troullioud de Lanversin is a research fellow at the Project on Managing the Atom at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He has a doctorate in applied physics from Princeton University and a masters in nuclear engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing. Julien’s work is aimed at developing scientific models and software to better characterize the impacts of nuclear technologies on society and to develop verification methods for nuclear arms control efforts.
