Kenneth B. Turner

Kenneth B. Turner is a research intern at the Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction at the National Defense University, where he conducts research on nuclear proliferation, deterrence, emerging technologies, and other WMD issues. He recently graduated from Missouri State University with an M.S. in Defense and Strategic Studies.
