Lu Yin

Lu Yin, a Senior Colonel in China’s People’s Liberation Army, is a professor at the National Security College, National Defense University in Beijing and a consultant for the foreign affairs office of the Ministry of National Defense and a Council member of CACDA. She is a core member of the Project on Strategic Stability Evaluation and has been a visiting scholar at the Institute for Security and Development Policy in Stockholm. Her publications include Challenges of Non-Proliferation in Northeast Asia and Possible Solutions and Strategic Stability: Theory and Practice, published in 2021.
