Mikhail Troitskiy

 

Mikhail Troitskiy is dean of and associate professor at the School of Government and International Affairs at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in Moscow and IMARES Program Professor at the European University at St. Petersburg. From 2009 to 2015, he worked as Deputy Director and Program Officer at the Moscow office of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. His 2019 publications include book chapters on “When is ‘Enough’ Enough? Uncertainty in Negotiation” and “Focal Points in Arms Control” as well as an article on “The Emerging Great Power Politics and Regionalism: How to Structure Effective Regional Conflict Management.”
