Nikola Schmidt

Nikola Schmidt is head of the Centre for Governance of Emerging Technologies at the Prague Institute of International Relations, and a research fellow at the Institute of Political Studies at Charles University in Prague. He holds a PhD in international relations and security. He is the author of Planetary Defense: Global Collaboration for Defending Earth from Asteroids and Comets (Springer, 2019) and contributes to journals such as Acta Astronautica.
