Nolan Fahrenkopf

Nolan Fahrenkopf is a doctoral candidate in the political science department at the University at Albany, SUNY. His dissertation focuses on the proliferation of conventional weapons and how it affects the ability of dominant states to project power. His research interests focus on missile proliferation, reverse engineering, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
