Robert Einhorn

Robert Einhorn is a senior fellow in the Foreign Policy Program at the Brookings Institution. During his 35 years at the US Department of State, he served as Assistant Secretary for Nonproliferation in the Clinton Administration and Special Advisor to the Secretary of State on Nonproliferation and Arms Control in the Obama Administration.
