Rumtin Sepasspour is a policy researcher and adviser on existential and global catastrophic risk. He is a visiting fellow at the School of Regulation and Global Governance at the Australian National University, a research affiliate of the Centre for the Study of Existential Risk at the University of Cambridge, and a 2021 fellow of the Global Catastrophic Risk Institute. He is a former intelligence policy adviser in Australia’s Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and an intelligence assessment analyst at Australia’s Department of Defence.
