Jan Dutkiewicz

Jan Dutkiewicz is an Assistant Professor of Political Science in the Department of Social Science and Cultural Studies at the Pratt Institute. His research examines the design, production, circulation, and consumption of everyday commodities, with a primary substantive focus on meat and other food products and a geographical focus on the United States.
