Ray Hughes is a Research Associate at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His research focuses on nonproliferation policy and the national security implications of emerging nuclear technologies. He recently earned an MS in International Security from the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds a BA in International Affairs from Kennesaw State University.
