Christina Yen is an infectious disease specialist and medical director of antimicrobial stewardship at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. Her research and clinical focuses are hospital-acquired infections, medical ethics, and judicious usage of antimicrobials. She completed her clinical infectious diseases fellowship at Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and her residency at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. Yen received her medical degree from USC’s School of Medicine and a master’s degree in bioethics from Harvard Medical School.
