Leonid F. Ryabikhin

Ryabikhin is the executive secretary and coordinator of the biosecurity program of the Russian Committee of Scientists for Global Security and Arms Control. He is an expert in Russian arms control. In 2004, he contributed to the book, Arms Race and Nuclear Developments in South Asia.
