David Nusbaum

Nusbaum is a research fellow for the Project on Managing the Atom and the International Security Program at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He has 17 years of experience as a chemical engineer in the nuclear industry. Throughout his career, he has tried to combine his technical background and broad knowledge in chemical and nuclear engineering with more practical, policy-oriented work.
