David M. Allison is a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow with the International Security Program/Project on Managing the Atom of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. A former US Army officer, his research focuses on threats to strategic stability and the performance of conventional militaries in adapting to emerging threats in nuclear, cyber, and unconventional conflict. He earned his PhD from Yale University and tweets @david_m_allison.
