Beau Rideout is an aerospace engineer at Rhea Space Activity, where he works with clients to determine how they can adapt their technologies to improve US access to space, space-based services, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities. He specializes in mission design and systems engineering of unmanned aerial vehicles, rocket propulsion vehicles, and in-space services and manufacturing. While at MIT, where he earned a BS in aerospace engineering, he led a team that competed in an aircraft development competition and conducted research at the intersection of 3D printing and aerodynamics. He is working on his MS in space systems engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
