Rolf Ekéus

Rolf Ekéus is a former Swedish diplomat with a focus on international disarmament and non-proliferation efforts. He served as Sweden’s Permanent Representative to the Conference on Disarmament, Chair of the United Nations Special Commission on Iraq (UNSCOM), and High Commissioner on National Minorities at the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
