Adam Twardowski is a senior research assistant in the Brookings Foreign Policy Program’s Center for Security, Strategy, and Technology, where he works closely with scholars on a wide range of matters concerning US defense policy and international order. Prior to Brookings he was a national security fellow at Third Way and worked for the Transatlantic Security Program at the Center for a New American Security. He holds a master’s degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University.
