Brooke V. Higgins

Brooke V. Higgins is a graduate student in George Mason University’s Biodefense Master of Science program, with a concentration in terrorism and homeland security. In 2013 she graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor in science degree in genetics, cell biology, and development (summa cum laude); and a bachelor in arts degree in Spanish studies with a minor in chemistry (magna cum laude). Her research interests focus on quantitative analysis of terrorism.
